Community Hall Booking

Description

The Community Hall Booking service provides a digital interface, facilitating citizens for online booking of community halls, track the applications, make the payment online and download the payment receipt. A citizen can cancel the application any time before payment or request to cancel after payment.

Steps Involved

  • 1. Search and View Available Halls for required slots
  • 2. Submit online Application
  • 3. Verification and Approval by CB Employee.
  • 4. Make Online Payment
  • 5. Cancel or request for cancellation of Application
  • 6. Download/Print the Applications and Payment Receipts
  • 7. Avail the Refund - if applicable
